The starting page is an information page to give you an overview of the current appointments, to-do’s and pin board entries.

In this view your schedule entries will be clearly represented. You can switch between different kind of views, create and edit schedule items, filter your schedule items and many more!

Schedule items can also be represented in a table form. The items can there be sorted and grouped in any way.

In the table view you can group schedule items on every available column, e.g. by date and in between the date by schedule state. All columns can be combined for grouping.

There is a separate view for entering and changing recurrence schedules.

Every resource can include a symbol or a picture by your own. We deliver a lot of predefined symbols. This symbol/picture is shown in the schedule view.

Schedules can also be printed in different ways. The print preview shows you the schedule as it will be printed later. Furthermore the print can be saved as PDF file or sent by email!

Import of customer data (professional version)

The customer base includes a large number of information fields which can be administrated in the editing view for customers.

Customer data which exist in another software application can be imported via the data import into !myPlan.

Simple notes can be entered in the pin board.

To-do’s independent of the schedule can be entered here.

To-do reminder (professional version)

Look and feel (from standard version)

To-do’s can be combined with reminder functionality. A reminder window will then be displayed.

The look and feel of the whole application can be changed in many ways. We deliver a lot of predefined templates.
